Sports Only The Way Zuberi Can Tell It: What About Shaq?

As we all know the Cavs got knocked out by ECF Champs Boston Celtics in the second round. After that final buzzer everyone question was "What's next for LeBron." I was also wondering about LeBron's future. But I think this is overshadowing Shaquille O'Neal future in the game. Game 6 could of been Shaq's last NBA game. Alot of people forgot about Shaq. Now I'm not gonna lie I forgot about Shaq too. Brian Gumbel brought this up on a segment of Real Sports and then i started to think about it. I think we should all acknowledge Shaq. Shaq is a Free Agent this summer. He can even sign back with the Cavs, sign with a different team, or call it quits. Only Shaq knows the answer to that one. So lets take a look back at Shaq's career.

Shaq came into the League in 1992. He was drafted number 1 overall by the Orlando Magic.

He played 3 seasons for the Magic with Penny Hardaway. Shaq and Penny Led the Magic into there first NBA Finals in 1995. Shaq led the Magic to the Conference Finals to defend their ECC but ended up getting swept by Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

In the Summer of 1996 Shaq signed with the Lakers. Shaq went on to win 3 Championships with teammate Kobe Bryant and won 3 Finals MVP awards.

Shaq went off to Miami in the summer of 2004. In Shaq won a ring once again.

Shaq went to the Suns which wasnt a very good fit.

Shaq just finished his first full season with the Cavs. Many expected Shaq to win another Championship with LeBron James and the rest of the Cavs. Shaq ended up on the losing end. Now going into this off season Shaquille O Neal is a Free Agent. This is probably the end of the road for Shaq.
